After careful clinical evaluation and staging, primary treatment of cervical either surgery or radiotherapy combined there lack preoperative trials alone so we aim to assess its impact on survival in early stage versus postoperative radio surgery. The objective study evaluate rate pre post-operative compared radical hysterectomy without systemic (I, IIA2) patients. We conducted using population-based data. Data was extracted from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results Program (SEER) database. Diagnosed (I,IIA2) 2010 2015 received into three groups preoperative, only radiotherapy. calculated rate.
